        Spa Day Specials

Anxiety Relief Spa Day 

During this spa day session, feel your mind, body

and spirit shift from a level of fight flight to peace

and calming. 

You will begin with a 30 minute Ionic foot  detox, then,

while laying on a warm amethyst far infrared BioMat,

essential oils and hot stones will be applied to the feet.

Once that session is completed, then we transition into

doing a 30 minute Sound Frequency session while you

continue laying on a warm amethyst far infrared 

BioMat.

Deluxe Detox Day 

This spa day  session includes a basic 30 minute Far

Infrared Sauna and a Vibration Power Plate session that

can be done before and/or after the sauna session. We

then move on to doing a Deluxe Ionic Foot Detox session

which includes a 30 min Ionic foot detox and after,

essential oils and hot stones are applied to the feet for

15 minutes while laying on a warm amethyst far i

nfrared BioMat.Then we end with a 35minute Colon

Hydrotherapy session.
